returns and refunds

I want you to be 100% happy with your products, however, if for any reason you're not happy a full, no questions asked, refund will be offered on any items returned within 7 days of you receiving them.  I just ask that the item/items are unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.  

As soon as your items arrive i will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm. Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as i can not take any responsibility for lost items.

Hygiene products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
