Locally produced clear Hampshire honey - 340g
Most of the honey you find in the supermarket is pasteurised. The high heat kills unwanted yeast and extends the shelf life but this means that many of the beneficial nutrients in the honey are then destroyed in the process.
If you suffer with the dreaded hay fever, which i do myself, i would always recommend honey. If you take a spoon full of honey a day it helps build up you immune system to the pollen around you.
And not forgetting its great to add to porridge, cereal, pancakes and basically anything else that you fancy adding a bit of sweetness too.
